Welcome to the PassPM.com web site (the "Site"). Please read the following terms carefully before using the Site.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS, INCLUDING COPYRIGHT LAWS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

For purposes of this Site, the terms "PassPM", "we," or "us" will refer to PassPM.com, while the terms "you" and "your" will refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing this Site for any reason.

DISCLAIMER

1. Test material: After you complete the purchase of test or tests and you have made your payment, you will be sent to a page to see your product or products and your account. This page will have a link to "Take Test". Click on the "Take Test" will start the test. Each test will have a number of questions with 4 choices. If you are unable to take or access a test then email at support.team@PassPM.com and we will investigate the matter for you as quickly as possible.

2. Ownership: You may not claim exclusive ownership to any of our test or test package. All tests or test packages are property of PassPM. Our tests or test package are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

3. Unauthorized use: You may not copy any of our test questions on a CD, DVD, and website or on any other medium for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

4. Accessibility: You may not give access any of our test questions to anyone else.

5. Refund policy: Since PassPM is offering often non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not provide refunds after the tests are accessed. We only make exceptions with this rule when the test or test package is not accessible over 3 consecutive days. Other matters may be considered on a case by case basis. The deadline for any refund claim is 3 days after the purchase date.

USE OF MATERIALS AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE

Test Questions or Documents:

The test questions or documents on the PassPM.com Site or any other materials owned by PassPM.com are the property of PassPM.com. The test questions or documents may be used solely for personal, informational, non-commercial purposes; and the test questions or documents must not be modified or altered in any way. You are not permitted to download, upload, copy, print, display, reproduce, publish, license, post, transmit or distribute any questions or documents from this Site in whole or in part.

Design or Layout:

The design or layout of the PassPM.com Site is the property of PassPM.com. Elements of the PassPM.com websites are protected by copyright, and may not be copied or reproduced in whole or in part.

FEEDBACK AND INFORMATION

Any material, information or other communication you transmit to this Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary and PassPM will have no obligations with respect to any such material, information or communications. By emailing, posting or otherwise transmitting content to this Site or by submitting any content to PassPM, you automatically grant to PassPM a continuous and nonexclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, transmit and distribute such content on or in any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed.

If you choose to purchase any products or services from a third party, your relationship is directly with the third party and PassPM can not provide any warranty related to purchased products or services. You agree that PassPM is not responsible for any loss or damage of any sort you may incur from dealing with any third party.

PASSWORDS AND SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password(s) you are given to access the Site, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password(s). You agree to notify PassPM immediately of any unauthorized use of your password(s).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

PassPM respects the intellectual property of others and expects you to do the same. PassPM may terminate your account(s) and/or prevent access to the Site of users who infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others.

DELETE OR REMOVE CONTENT/TERMINATION OF USE

You agree that PassPM may at any time delete or remove any content or document on the Site with or without a notice. Further, PassPM may at any time, terminate your right to access or use the Site and any account(s) you may have in connection with the Site, with or without notice to you.
